The MTV VMAs were once a platform for pushing boundaries; it was live, and the limit for what could be featured on TV (at least at that time) was pushed almost yearly. From Britney Spears kissing Madonna to various scantily clad attires over the years, the VMAs almost always delivered some sort of eye-popping content. Since that time, things seemed to have mostly calmed down, but this year, Tate McRae’s performance brought back a vibe from the classic years.

At just 22 years old, Tate McRae is already packing arenas across the country, and it’s hard to argue that her visual presentation isn’t a major part of her appeal. Tate seems to realize that sex sells, and her VMA performance put that idea front and center. Performing in short shorts, a crop top, and barefoot, Tate came through the TV with her “no F’s given” attitude. The performance speaks for itself, with Tate confidently showing her ass and spreading her legs in various positions that may cause imaginations to run wild.

Tate’s VMA performance featured her hits “Revolving Door” and “Sports Car” and undoubtedly added even more interest to her current “Miss Possesive Tour.” We can only hope that this is only the beginning of Tate’s NSFW content since she already has zero issue selling sex.
